Connect to your Self
Allow yourself to be immersed in a 45 minute deep dive into connecting with all parts of your Self. There are multiple invitations to breathe, expand, notice, and feel into your body, breath, voice and mind patterns and experiences. It is highly experiential, gentle and aimed for both the novice and experienced. Think of it as a hybrid model between a mindfulness session and a yin yoga session with chances to open and deepen your connection to all parts of you. Aiming for a sense of inner calm, peace and expanded awareness by the end of the session.
